kind staff clean room branded products

the staff was so kind. the room was very clean. i would stay here again and again. i liked that the bathroom included dove branded products.

the room was very noisy since it was next to the lift. that room should not be provided to customers, in my opinion.

the location was convenient to public transport, a plus for getting around without a car.

The noise from the lift was bothersome, it made it hard to sleep well and that's saying something because i can sleep through an earthquake. i also found the attitude of the receptionist unhelpful. She showed little interest in resolving issues and was quite dismissive.

I found the location convenient with easy access to transportation options. The room featured a closet, a spacious bed, and adequate storage. The staff demonstrated professionalism and was attentive, always promptly addressing my needs. I thought the cleanliness standards maintained throughout the premises were superb.

I found the gym rather cold because of intense air conditioning.

My room, situated on a higher floor, provided amazing views away from the elevator noise. The blackout curtains worked very well, and they ensure a dark sleep environment. The room includes a tea maker, coffee maker, and a fridge for added convenience.

convenient location mini fridge friendly staff odd numbered floor valuable drawer room key

the location was convenient to everything i needed i appreciated that. the room was clean and had a mini fridge i thought that was very useful. the staff was helpful and friendly especially at the front desk

the ice machines were only on odd numbered floors it was a small inconvenience. the keurig coffee machine was in a drawer it occupied valuable drawer space. sometimes the room key didn't work in the elevator that was frustrating
